Job summary

QX Global Group seeks an analytical and execution-focused L&D professional to manage learning operations, talent development initiatives, learning analytics, and project coordination. The role requires expertise in excel, dashboards, LMS management, and program execution.

The candidate will drive end-to-end learning programs, manage data, coordinate with stakeholders, and deliver actionable insights through Power BI and Excel dashboards.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in Learning Operations, Talent Management, or Learning Analytics.
• Strong experience creating Power BI dashboards and MIS reports.
• Experience managing large‑scale learning programs in BPO/KPO/ITES environments.
• Highly analytical, detail‑oriented, and process‑driven.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Learning & Talent Management Operations: manage end-to-end execution of learning and talent development programs.
• Track nominations, attendance, completions, and learner records.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, learners, facilitators, and vendors.
• Maintain and share goal completion and appraisal status reports with stakeholders.
• Learning Analytics & Reporting: build and maintain L&D dashboards using Power BI and Excel; analyze participation, completion, effectiveness, and engagement metrics.
• LMS Coordination: partner with LMS teams for course deployment, enrollments, assessments, and reporting; ensure learning data accuracy and resolve learner queries.
• Project Management – Aligning with CHRO: track project plans, timelines, risks, and deliverables across multiple initiatives.

• Learning & Talent Management Operations
• Manage end-to-end execution of learning and talent development programs.
• Track nominations, attendance, completions, and learner records.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, learners, facilitators, and vendors.
• Maintain and share goal completion and appraisal status reports with stakeholders.
• Manage learner communications, invitations, reminders, and completion follow-ups.
• Learning Analytics & Reporting
• Build and maintain L&D dashboards using Power BI and Excel.
• Analyze participation, completion, effectiveness, and engagement metrics.
• Generate leadership reports and provide actionable insights.
• LMS Coordination
• Partner with LMS teams for course deployment, enrollments, assessments, and reporting.
• Ensure learning data accuracy and resolve learner queries.
• Project Management – Aligning with CHRO
• Track project plans, timelines, risks, and deliverables across multiple initiatives.
