Job summary

Group Bayport is seeking an experienced L&D Operations professional to drive end-to-end execution, analytics, and LMS administration from Gurugram. You will manage onboarding, leadership development initiatives, and AI Academy operations, delivering high-quality programs with data-backed insights.

You will own the data pipelines across LMS/LXP and HRIS, build dashboards (Power BI/Tableau), ensure governance and stakeholder satisfaction, and collaborate with IT for seamless system performance.

Qualifications

  • 5–8 years of experience in L&D operations, learning platforms, or HR analytics.
  • Proven experience with dashboards and analytics (Power BI / Tableau preferred).
  • Excellent execution, stakeholder management, and operational rigor.
  • Strong documentation, SOP, and process design skills.
  • Experience launching or operating LXP platforms (good to have).
  • Exposure to AI learning programs or academies (good to have).
  • Working knowledge of HRIS integrations and data governance (good to have).

Role Summary

This role is responsible for the end-to-end execution, operations, and analytics of priority Learning & Development initiatives. The incumbent ensures flawless program delivery (Onboarding, Manager Development Program, AI Academy), runs the LMS/LXP as a reliable, data-strong platform, and enables leaders to make data-driven talent decisions through high-quality dashboards and insights.

The role blends program operations, learning technology administration, analytics, compliance, and stakeholder experience, acting as the operational backbone of the L&D function.

Core Mandate
  • Execute priority L&D initiatives and workshops with high quality and on-time delivery
  • Own L&D operational excellence (logistics, nominations, comms, reporting)
  • Build and maintain analytics and dashboards for decision-making
  • Serve as LMS (and LXP) Administrator
  • Support AI Academy operations once established
  • Ensure data integrity, governance, compliance, and excellent stakeholder experience.
1. Program Execution & Delivery (25%)
  • Execute and track delivery of planned L&D programs including:
  • AI Academy (once live)
  • Own end-to-end program operations:
  • Cohort setup, calendars, nominations, leader follow-ups
  • Training room / virtual logistics
  • Posters, newsletters, learning communications
  • Manage evaluations, assessments, and completion tracking
  • Ensure seamless learner and facilitator experience

Success Metrics

  • ≥95% of planned milestones delivered on time and in scope
  • ≥90% onboarding completion within 30 days; ≥85% for 60–90 days
2. Analytics, Dashboards & Insights (20%)
  • Own the L&D data pipeline across LMS/LXP, HRIS, and survey tools
  • Build and maintain dashboards (Power BI / Tableau) covering:
  • Learning effectiveness and skill acquisition
  • Ensure data accuracy, uptime, and defined metrics
  • Produce monthly insights reports with actionable recommendations

Success Metrics

  • Monthly insights with ≥3 actionable recommendations
3. LMS Administration & Operations (20%)
  • Act as system administrator for LMS (and LXP when applicable)
  • Manage:
  • User and role provisioning
  • Content uploads and publishing
  • Curricula, certifications, email templates, workflows
  • Coordinate with IT for SSO, releases, and system changes
  • Ensure platform data hygiene and operational SLAs

Success Metrics

  • 95% SLA adherence:
  • Content publishing ≤48 hours
  • User provisioning ≤24 hours
  • 100% accurate curriculum mappings per release.
4. LXP & Content Operations (10%) (if/when live)
  • Govern learning content lifecycle:
  • Skill and role tagging
  • Review cadence and archival
  • Monitor and improve learner engagement via LXP analytics

Success Metrics

  • +15% QoQ improvement in active learners or session time.
5. Stakeholder Experience & Enablement (10%)
  • Deliver a high-quality experience for:
  • People Managers
  • HRBPs
  • Program Owners
  • Maintain SLAs, status reports, and quarterly business reviews
  • Build and manage a self-serve knowledge base (FAQs, SOPs, quick videos)
6. Governance, Risk & Compliance (10%)
  • Run quarterly access and privacy reviews
  • Maintain audit readiness and documentation
  • Ensure compliance training assignments, reminders, and escalations

Success Metrics

  • 100% access reviews completed on time
  • 0 critical audit findings
  • Monitor license usage, adoption, and value realization
  • Optimize paid learning licenses and platforms
