Job summary

MALABAR GOLD & DIAMONDS is seeking an L&D professional to collaborate with the Head- L&D and drive the regional learning and development strategy. You will identify and assess future and current training needs in consultation with line managers, including mandatory, technical, domain, and behavioural training.

You will develop curriculum and plan annual initiatives and training programs to be conducted in the region, and implement targeted training to bridge skill gaps, enhancing workforce

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Head- L&D to implement L&D strategy at regional level.
• Identify and assess future and current training needs in consultation with line managers (mandatory training, technical, domain, behavioural training).
• Develop curriculum and plan annual initiatives & training programs to be conducted in the region.
• Implement targeted training and development programs to bridge skill gaps in staff and enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the workforce.
• Create content, e-learning, and other training materials based on the inputs shared by the stakeholders.
• Work with subject matter experts on designing training content and delivery.
