Job summary

Keytaal Worldwide in Mumbai is seeking a senior Learning and Development leader to shape and execute an organization-wide learning strategy aligned with business goals. You will spearhead Training Needs Analysis across functions and design structured interventions to elevate capability and performance.

You will drive leadership development, succession planning, and governance of training processes, ensuring quality, consistency, and scalability of programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the overall L&D strategy aligned with organizational objectives
• Lead Training Needs Analysis (TNA) across functions and design structured learning interventions
• Drive leadership development, succession planning, and capability-building initiatives
• Establish governance and standardization of training processes across the organization
• Oversee execution of training programs and ensure quality, consistency, and scalability
• Monitor training effectiveness through KPIs, analytics, and ROI measurement
• Partner with senior leadership to align learning initiatives with business priorities
• Lead and mentor the L&D team, ensuring capability development and performance management
• Drive adoption of digital learning platforms, LMS, and blended learning approaches
• Manage external training partners, budgets, and cost optimization
• Ensure audit readiness and compliance with training standards and documentation
• Lead CSR initiatives through learning interventions and drive employee participation
