Job summary

BM Birla Heart Hospital is seeking a Learning & Development professional to coordinate end-to-end L&D activities for the unit. The role involves preparing annual and monthly training calendars, maintaining training documentation for compliance, and developing learning materials.

You will drive initiatives to enhance employee capabilities and service quality, and prepare periodic L&D reports for monitoring and audit readiness.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage end-to-end Learning & Development activities for the unit.
• Prepare and implement the annual/monthly training calendar, ensuring timely completion of planned programs.
• Maintain all training-related documentation and records for unit-level compliance and audit requirements.
• Develop training presentations, learning materials and Training MIS for effective monitoring and reporting.
• Identify Training Needs (TNI/TNA) based on requirements, employee performance, competency gaps and operational needs.
• Drive learning-based initiatives to improve employee capability, service quality and organizational effectiveness.
• Prepare periodic L&D reports and dashboards highlighting training coverage, participation, effectiveness.
