Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in an HR role within the BPO industry.
• MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations or equivalent qualification.
• Strong understanding of HR analytics, HR MIS reporting tools, and ability to analyze data-driven insights.
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills; proficiency in MS Office applications.
