• At least 4 year of experience in digital collection recovery in business loans, personal, and unsecured loans (small ticket sizes).

Responsibilities

• Managing Collection team for maintaining delinquent accounts allocated in Pre X (Pre PDD & Post PDD) collection follow up.
• Implementation & execution of collection strategy from up line for collection follow up in pre PDD allocation and post PDD accounts.
• Customer Centric approach collection follow up and analysis on feedback from customer.
• Regularly analyzed KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implemented data-driven solutions.
• Successfully resolved escalated customer inquiries and complaints, preserving positive customer relationships while collecting outstanding debts.

Experience:
