Job summary

AYE Finance Pvt Ltd, a fast-growing NBFC, invites applications for an Assistant Collection Manager role in Haryana with operations in Mathura and Aligarh. The role requires at least 4 years of digital collection recovery experience across business, personal, and unsecured loans.

You will lead the collection team, design and execute strategies for pre-PDD and post-PDD accounts, analyze KPIs, and maintain customer relationships while pursuing recoveries.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in digital collection recovery across business, personal, and unsecured loans.
• Experience in leading a collection team and managing delinquent accounts.
• Strong customer-centric approach with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Managing Collection team for delinquent accounts allocated in Pre X (Pre PDD & Post PDD) collection follow up.
• Implementation & execution of collection strategy from up line for collection follow up in pre PDD allocation and post PDD accounts.
• Customer Centric approach collection follow up and analysis on feedback from customer.
• Regularly analyzed key performance indicators(KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implemented data-driven solutions.
• Successfully resolved escalated customer inquiries and complaints, preserving positive customer relationships while collecting outstanding debts.
