Job summary

CMS IT Services is seeking a skilled Asset Management professional in Noida to manage the complete IT asset lifecycle from procurement to disposal. The role covers request handling, inventory accuracy, IMAC reporting, and audit support, ensuring compliance and smooth asset movements across locations.

The candidate should be capable of coordinating with procurement and vendors, maintaining FAR accuracy, and performing periodic physical verifications in a dynamic corporate environment.

Responsibilities

• Asset Lifecycle Management: Manage the complete IT asset lifecycle, from procurement and receiving through onboarding, deployment, transfer, retrieval, and final disposal.
• Request Management: Handle end-to-end asset requests, including hardware/software allocation, deallocation, replacement, retrieval, and asset handover during employee onboarding, transfers, and exits.
• Inventory Tracking: Maintain accurate hardware and software inventory records using enterprise Asset Management tools and ensure timely updates for all asset transactions.
• IMAC Reporting: Prepare and maintain regular IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) reports, ensuring all asset movements and changes are accurately recorded.
• Physical Verification: Conduct periodic physical verification and asset audits to reconcile physical stock with system records and identify discrepancies.
• Warranty & Compliance: Monitor asset warranty status and coordinate timely renewal, repair, or replacement. Ensure adherence to corporate IT asset management and compliance policies.
• Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with procurement teams and external vendors for asset delivery, maintenance, repair, warranty support, and secure IT Asset Disposal (ITAD).
• Asset Movement: Track and maintain records of asset movements between branches/locations and ensure timely updating of the Asset Management system.
• FAR Updating & Reconciliation: Maintain and regularly update the Fixed Asset Register (FAR), including reconciliation of asset records between the FAR, Asset Management system, and physical inventory.
• Audit & Reconciliation: Support internal and external audits by providing accurate asset records, movement history, allocation details, and supporting documentation.
