Job summary

RENOVISION AUTOMATION SERVICES PVT.LTD in Gurugram, Haryana, India seeks an Asset Management Associate to manage the complete asset lifecycle from procurement to disposal and to maintain accurate records in the system.

You will handle asset receiving, onboarding, and asset requests (E2E), track hardware inventory, perform physical asset verification, monitor warranties, and prepare IMAC reports, ensuring compliance and timely renewals.

Qualifications

• Experience in asset lifecycle management and inventory systems.
• Strong documentation and record-keeping ability.
• Good communication and coordination skills under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage complete Asset Lifecycle Tracking from procurement to disposal.
• Handle Asset Receiving and ensure accurate documentation.
• Perform Asset Onboarding and maintain updated asset records.
• Manage Asset Requests (allocation, deallocation, retrieval) end-to-end.
• Maintain Hardware Inventory with accurate records.
• Conduct Physical Asset Verification regularly.
• Monitor Asset Warranty Tracking and renewals/replacements.
• Prepare and maintain IMAC reports.
• Oversee Asset Disposal in line with policy.
• Support audits with up-to-date inventory and asset reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams for End-to-End Asset Request Management.
