Job summary

Nelito System in Goregaon, Mumbai is looking for a Junior IT Asset Management Executive with hands-on experience in IT Asset Management and IMAC activities. You will manage IT hardware assets, maintain inventory records, and support asset deployment and movement.

The role requires a graduate with practical knowledge of asset tracking, tagging, audits and working with ITSM tools. You will collaborate with IT teams and users to ensure accurate records and timely asset closures.

Qualifications

• Graduate with hands-on IT asset management experience.
• Familiarity with IMAC activities and hardware inventory.
• Ability to maintain accurate asset records and lifecycle data.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain IT assets including laptops, desktops, monitors and peripherals.
• Perform IMAC activities.
• Handle asset allocation, tagging, tracking and reconciliation.
• Maintain accurate asset inventory and lifecycle records.
• Coordinate with users and IT teams for hardware deployment and movement.
• Manage asset returns and decommissioning.
• Update asset information in ITSM / Asset Management tools.
• Support periodic asset audits and inventory reconciliation.
• Maintain documentation and records of IT assets; ensure timely closure of asset tickets.
