Job summary

Team Computers in Kaushambi invites an IT asset management professional to oversee the complete lifecycle of IT assets—from planning and procurement to retirement and disposal. You will maintain accurate records and ensure updates across asset registers, CMDB, and ITSM/ITAM systems.

The role requires 2+ years of experience in IT asset management and hands-on experience with asset tagging, tracking, and audits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in IT asset management.
• Hands-on experience with asset tagging, tracking, and audits.
• Experience maintaining accurate asset records across multiple systems (CMDB, ITSM/ITAM).

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete lifecycle of IT assets including planning, procurement, support, receiving, tagging, allocation, movement, maintenance, refresh, retirement, and disposal.
• Maintain accurate IT asset records including asset code, serial number, make/model, configuration, assigned user, location, installation date, warranty/AMC details, ownership, and status.
• Ensure timely updates in the ITSM/ITAM tool, asset register, and CMDB for all hardware, software, peripherals, network devices, and end-user computing assets.
• Coordinate asset allocation and return processes for new joiners, transfers, exits, device replacement, and business relocations.
