Assets Coordinator- NEC

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the IT asset inventory, ensuring data accuracy.
• Coordinate the procurement, receipt, tagging, allocation, transfer, and return of IT assets.
• Track the complete lifecycle of IT assets from acquisition to disposal.
• Manage asset issuance and collection for onboarding, internal transfers, and offboarding activities.
• Perform periodic physical asset verification and reconciliation with inventory records.
• Ensure compliance with IT asset management policies and audit requirements.
• Coordinate warranty, AMC, and vendor support for IT equipment.
• Generate regular asset reports and dashboards for management.
• Work closely with the IT Service Desk, Procurement, HR, and Facilities teams.
• Investigate and resolve asset discrepancies or inventory mismatches.
• Maintain documentation related to asset movements, approvals, and disposals.
• Support internal and external audits by providing asset-related documentation.
