Job summary

Piramal Pharma Ltd is seeking an Area Sales Officer for the West Bengal region. You will drive secondary sales and merchandising by building and developing long-term relationships with retailers, covering all relevant outlets in the territory.

You will focus on achieving monthly POB targets, managing new outlet openings and launches, and improving sales across retail and wholesale channels through disciplined storefront execution and strong partner relationships.

Responsibilities

• Cover all relevant outlets in the respective territory
• Achieve assigned monthly POB, primary & secondary target
• Responsible for New Outlet Opening
• Responsible for New Product Launch
• Manage the performance of retail & wholesale outlets to improve our sales & revenue
• Ensure POB conversion into secondary sales with DMS execution (if applicable)
• Mobile reporting (Attendance & Sales) on daily basis
• Responsible for repeat & frequent order from outlets
• Responsible for merchandising & store branding
• Develop & Maintain strong relationship with channel Partners.
