Job summary

Piramal Pharma Limited is seeking an Area Sales Officer to cover the Haryana region. The incumbent will drive secondary sales, merchandising, and long-term retailer relationships to achieve monthly POB, primary and secondary targets, and support new outlets and product launches.

You will be responsible for channel partner relations, DMS execution (if applicable), and daily mobile reporting of attendance and sales to ensure strong outlet performance and brand presence in the market.

Qualifications

• Experience in pharma or FMCG sales preferred.
• Strong relationship-building with retailers and channel partners.
• Ability to achieve monthly POB and sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Drive secondary sales and ensure merchandizing across outlets.
• Open new outlets and support new product launches.
• Monitor daily attendance & sales via mobile reporting.
• Maintain store branding and retailer/outlet relationships.
• Ensure POB converts to secondary sales with DMS where applicable.
