Job summary

Piramal Pharma Ltd. is seeking an Area Sales Officer to drive secondary sales and merchandising by building long-term relationships with retailers across the assigned territory.

The role involves covering relevant outlets, achieving POB and primary/secondary targets, opening new outlets, launching new products, and managing retail and wholesale performance to boost sales and revenue. You will ensure POB conversion into secondary sales with DMS execution (if applicable) and provide daily mobile

Qualifications

• Experience in field sales and distribution networks.
• Ability to drive secondary sales and manage storefronts.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Cover all relevant outlets in the territory.

• Responsible for New Outlet Opening and Product Launch.
• Manage performance of retail & wholesale outlets to grow sales.
• Ensure POB converts to secondary sales with DMS execution.
• Mobile reporting (Attendance & Sales) daily.
• Drive repeat orders and merchandising & store branding.
• Develop & maintain strong relationships with channel partners.

• Achieve assigned monthly POB, primary & secondary target
• Responsible for New Outlet Opening
• Responsible for New Product Launch
• Manage the performance of retail & wholesale outlets to improve our sales & revenue.
• Ensure POB conversion into secondary sales with DMS execution (if applicable)
• Mobile reporting (Attendance & Sales) on daily basis
• Responsible for repeat & frequent order from outlets
• Responsible for merchandising & store branding
• Develop & Maintain strong relationship with channel Partners.
