Job summary

Piramal Pharma Limited in West Bengal, India seeks an Area Sales Officer to drive secondary sales and merchandising. You will cover outlets, achieve monthly targets, open new outlets, launch new products, and manage retail and wholesale performance.

This role requires building long-term retailer relationships, ensuring POB to secondary conversion, daily attendance and sales reporting, and maintaining store branding and channel partner relations across the territory.

Responsibilities

• Cover all relevant outlets in the respective territory
• Achieve assigned monthly POB, primary & secondary target
• Responsible for New Outlet Opening
• Responsible for New Product Launch
• Manage the performance of retail & wholesale outlets to improve our sales & revenue
• Ensure POB conversion into secondary sales with DMS execution (if applicable)
• Mobile reporting (Attendance & Sales) on daily basis
• Responsible for repeat & frequent order from outlets
• Responsible for merchandising & store branding
• Develop & Maintain strong relationship with channel Partners.
