Piramal Pharma Ltd is seeking an Area Sales Officer to drive secondary sales and merchandising across the Mumbai territory. You will build relationships with retailers, wholesalers and distributors, achieve monthly targets, and lead new outlet openings and product launches.

Strong negotiation, local geography knowledge, and language fluency are essential. Candidate should have 2–3 years of sales experience in FMCG/Pharma/OTC and a graduate/MBA qualification.

Qualificações

• 2-3 year of sales experience in FMCG/Pharma/OTC industry preferred in channel management.
• Negotiation
• Good local geographical Knowledge
• Local Language fluency
• Basic calculation of retail scheme / distributor scheme
• Cover Superstore outlets in the respective territory
• Achieve assigned monthly Target
• New Outlet Opening responsibility
• New Product Launch responsibility
• Manage the performance of superstore channel to improve sales & revenue
• POB conversion into secondary sales with DMS execution
• Mobile reporting (Attendance & Sales) daily
• Repeat & frequent orders from outlets
• Merchandising & store branding; develop & maintain strong relationship with channel partners.
