Job summary

Piramal Pharma Limited in Uttar Pradesh is seeking an Area Sales Officer to drive secondary sales and merchandising by building strong retailer relationships. You will cover all relevant outlets in your territory and strive to achieve monthly POB as well as primary and secondary targets.

The role includes opening new outlets, launching new products, managing retail and wholesale performance, ensuring POB conversion into secondary sales with DMS where applicable, daily mobile attendance and sales

Responsibilities

• Drive secondary sales and merchandising by building strong retailer relationships
• Cover all relevant outlets in the territory
• Achieve assigned monthly POB, primary & secondary targets
• Open new outlets
• Launch new products
• Manage the performance of retail & wholesale outlets to improve our sales & revenue
• Ensure POB conversion into secondary sales with DMS execution (if applicable)
• Daily mobile reporting (Attendance & Sales)
• Responsible for repeat & frequent orders from outlets
• Maintain merchandising & store branding
• Develop & maintain strong relationships with channel partners

• Responsible for New Outlet Opening
• Responsible for New Product Launch
• Manage the performance of retail & wholesale outlets to improve our sales & revenue.
• Ensure POB conversion into secondary sales with DMS execution (if applicable)
• Mobile reporting (Attendance & Sales) on daily basis
• Responsible for repeat & frequent order from outlets
• Responsible for merchandising & store branding
• Develop & Maintain strong relationship with channel Partners.
