Job summary

Piramal Pharma Limited in Delhi is seeking an Area Sales Officer to drive field sales across our retail network. You will cover outlets in the designated territory, build retailer relationships, and ensure product visibility and placement.

You will achieve monthly targets, manage new outlets and launches, and report daily on attendance and sales. The role requires strong communication, field discipline, and a focus on revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Drive secondary sales and merchandizing by building long-term retailer relationships.
• Cover all relevant outlets in the respective territory.
• Achieve assigned monthly POB, primary & secondary targets.
• Responsible for New Outlet Opening.
• Responsible for New Product Launch.
• Manage retail and wholesale outlets to improve sales and revenue.
• Ensure POB conversion into secondary sales with DMS execution (if applicable).
• Mobile reporting (Attendance & Sales) on daily basis.
• Responsible for repeat and frequent orders from outlets.
• Responsible for merchandising & store branding.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners.
