Job summary

SkillLabs in Kolhapur region seeks a seasoned sales leader to manage a team of sales managers and drive growth in auto finance products across dealers and frontline teams. The role focuses on achieving targets, improving dealer relationships, and coordinating training for frontline staff.

The candidate will oversee post-disbursal processes, monitor performance metrics, and ensure alignment with RM and HO objectives to expand market share.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-8 years of sales experience in auto finance products (LMV, TW, 3W, LCV, MCV, HCV).
• Experience in managing sales agencies/dealers.
• Excellent data management skills.
• Team handling/leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Team management of Sales Managers.
• Increase penetration and support growth in market share through frontline sales team.
• Sell finance schemes to customers within and outside dealerships as per targets.
• Maintain and improve relationships with dealers through frontline sales team.
• Resolve issues escalated by frontline sales team and dealers.
• Coordinate with training team to improve frontline sales efficiency.
• Interview and select frontline sales personnel and recommend to RM & HO for final approval.
• Monitor reports and take corrective actions with dealership and frontline sales team.
• Responsible for post-disbursal docs (RC details, etc.).
• Update RMs on targets vs achieved and address issues promptly.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILTIES

• Team management of Sales Managers .
• Increase penetration & support the organisation in growing market share through frontline sales team
• To ensure sale of finance schemes to customers (Within & Outside dealership) as per the targets through the front line sales team
• Maintain & improve the relationship with the dealers through frontline sales team
• Resolve the issues escalated by frontline sales team & the dealers
• Coordinate with training team to improve the efficiency of the frontline sales team
• Interview & Selects Front line sales and recommend the same to RM &HO for final approval
• Understand various reports & take corrective action with the dealership& frontline sales team
• Responsible for PDD i.e., post disbursal docs viz., RC details etc.
• Update RMs on daily/weekly basis w.r.t. Targets vs Achieved & escape the issues to them

Required Skills and Experience
