Responsibilities

• Manage front line sales team and overall team performance.
• Increase market penetration and support growth through frontline sales.
• Sell finance schemes to customers within and outside dealerships per targets.
• Maintain and improve relationships with dealers via frontline team.
• Resolve issues escalated by frontline sales team and dealers.
• Coordinate with training team to improve frontline efficiency.
• Interview and select DMAs/CSMs for approval by RM & HO.
• Monitor reports and take corrective actions with dealership teams.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILTIES

• Team management of front line sales.
• Increase penetration & support the organisation in growing market share through frontline sales team
• To ensure sale of finance schemes to customers (Within & Outside dealership) as per the targets through the front line sales team
• Maintain & improve the relationship with the dealers through frontline sales team
• Resolve the issues escalated by frontline sales team & the dealers
• Coordinate with training team to improve the efficiency of the frontline sales team
• Interview & Selects DMAs/CSMs and recommend the same to RM &HO for final approval
• Understand various reports & take corrective action with the dealership& frontline sales team
• Responsible for PDD i.e., post disbursal docs viz., RC details etc.
• Update RMs on daily/weekly basis w.r.t. Targets vs Achieved & escal

Required Skills And Experience

• Minimum 5-8 Years of sales/collections experience in any automotive products like LMV,TW,3W,LCV,MCV,HCV
