Job summary

Kotak Mahindra Bank in Tamil Nadu is seeking an experienced Relationship Manager leader to coach a team across locations such as Trichy, Salem, Madurai, Erode and Pondicherry. The role focuses on achieving targets, cross-selling, and building durable customer relationships.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in relationship management, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to influence channels and partners to drive growth in home loans, LAP and other secured products.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in relationship management or banking roles.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Influencing skills to drive business with internal and external channel partners.
• Willingness to handle multiple locations: Trichy, Salem, Madurai, Erode & Pondicherry.
• Knowledge of secured banking products.

Responsibilities

• Coach and lead a team of relationship managers to achieve targets (volume, cross-sell, insurance).
• Manage and deepen relationships with channels (Kotak branches, DSA, Builder).
• Achieve team targets and drive sales volume.
• Ensure team and location productivity.
• Maintain customer satisfaction as measured by NPS metrics.
• Effectively manage cross-functional relationships (credit, operations, legal, etc.).
• Cross-sell CASA and TPP products.
• Administer and ensure compliance with business practices.

• Products include Home Loans & LAP
• Coach and lead a team of relationship managers to achieve business targets (Volume, Cross-sell, Insurance etc.)
• Manage, develop and enhance deepening of the relationship with Channels (Kotak Branches, DSA, Builder)
• Responsible for achieving team targets and sales volume.
• Ensuring team productivity along with location productivity
• Ensure customer satisfaction as measured trough NPS metrics
• Effective management of working relationships (e.g. Credit, Operations, Legal, Technical etc.) to drive business outcomes
• Responsible for cross sell of CASA and TPP.
• Administer and ensure compliance to all business practices.
