• Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve area targets for Home Loans, LAP, Mortgage Loans, and NBFC products.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase market share, improve customer acquisition rates, and enhance revenue growth.
• Build strong relationships with channel partners, distributors, and other stakeholders to drive business opportunities.
• Conduct regular performance reviews with team members to identify areas of improvement and provide coaching/training as needed.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.
