Bajaj Housing Finance Limited in India is seeking an experienced sales leader to manage a team of sales professionals focused on home loan products. You will drive lead generation, nurture client relationships, and steer new customer acquisition to achieve annual targets.

Qualifications

• 3-8 years of experience in area sales management or similar role in home loans/housing finance industry.
• Strong understanding of housing loan products, including mortgages, LAPs and HLs.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients at all levels.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets consistently over time.
