Lichfl Financial Services Limited is seeking a dynamic sales-focused professional to drive Home Loans and LAP expansion in the regional market. You will build and nurture relationships with DSAs, connectors, builders, and real estate agents to source customers for a range of financial products.

The role emphasizes achieving monthly targets, effective cross-selling across insurance and loan products, and strong customer-handling capabilities to sustain growth.

Qualifications

• Strong sales, marketing, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Experience in Home Loans, LAP, Banking, NBFC, Housing Finance, or Financial Services preferred.
• Knowledge of cross-selling financial products and insurance is an advantage.
• Ability to achieve business targets and develop channel partner networks.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.

Responsabilités

• Generate business for Home Loans and LAP.

• Achieve monthly business targets for loan sourcing, login, sanction, disbursement, and cross-selling.
