Job summary

Elesa+Ganter India seeks an enthusiastic field sales professional to promote and sell a vast range of industrial components across Gurugram and surrounding areas.

You will generate new business, service existing clients with technical guidance, and participate in exhibitions to showcase products and trends. 5–7 years of B2B field sales experience and OEM knowledge are preferred.

Qualifications

• B Tech/Diploma preferably Mechanical Engineering.
• 5–7 years of experience in B2B Field Sales of Industrial Components with OEM exposure.
• Ready to work across Gurugram and nearby regions.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers in the assigned area to promote and sell the company’s product range.
• Generate new business and customers with proper technical advice.
• Service existing customers according to company standards.
• Identify market trends and competitive positions.

Job Responsibilities:

• As a market leader, we at E+G India are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to be a part of a dynamic field sales team. What will you do?
• Visiting customers in the assigned area to promote and sell the complete product range of the company which consists of about 1,00,000 item codes
• Generate new business and customers according to specific market segments, giving proper technical advice to prospective customers
• Servicing existing customers according to company standards
• Identifying and articulating market trends and competitive positions
• Participating in Industrial Exhibitions and Trade shows
• Working with channel partners and help with their enquiries, providing technical support as per their needs to help grow their business according to company policy
• Developing and implementing sales strategies as per the directions given by the management from time to time
• Conducting in-house exhibitions at the customer premises
• Accountability for achieving annual sales target of the assigned region
