Job summary

Elesa+Ganter India seeks a driven field sales professional to cover Gurugram and nearby regions. You will promote the full range of industrial components, visit customers, generate new business, and support existing accounts with technical guidance.

The role requires 5-7 years in B2B field sales, preferably in mechanical engineering sectors, and readiness to travel in the Gurugram area. You will join a market-leading team with strong training and regional growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in B2B Field Sales of Industrial Components, with knowledge of handling OEMs.
• B Tech/Diploma preferably Mechanical Engineering

Responsibilities

• Visiting customers in the assigned area to promote and sell the complete product range of the company.
• Generate new business and customers according to specific market segments, giving proper technical advice to prospective customers.
• Servicing existing customers according to company standards.
• Identifying and articulating market trends and competitive positions.
• Participating in Industrial Exhibitions and Trade shows.
• Working with channel partners and help with their enquiries, providing technical support as per their needs to help grow their business according to company policy.
• Developing and implementing sales strategies as per the directions given by the management from time to time.
• Conducting in-house exhibitions at the customer premises.
• Accountability for achieving annual sales target of the assigned region
