Global Technocrats Inc. in Gurugram is seeking a Sales Engineer to promote and sell industrial automation products and engineering solutions.

You will develop new business, manage customer relationships, and understand technical requirements to propose suitable products and commercial solutions. The role requires knowledge of mechanical engineering products and willingness to travel for site visits and customer meetings in the Gurugram region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• 1-2 years of sales experience in engineering products, industrial automation, gearbox or related mechanical products.
• Strong understanding of mechanical products and industrial applications.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; ability to manage relationships.
• Willingness to travel regularly for customer meetings and site visits.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell gearboxes, gearmotors, SCARA robots, Cartesian robots, and related industrial automation solutions.
• Identify and develop new customers across Pune and nearby industrial regions.
• Visit customer sites to understand applications, technical specifications, and project requirements.
• Recommend suitable products based on customers' mechanical and automation requirements.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and generate repeat business.
• Coordinate with internal technical, application, and service teams during project execution.
• Follow up on enquiries, quotations, orders, payments, and project timelines.
• Support customers with product-related queries and coordinate after-sales technical assistance.
• Maintain accurate sales records and achieve assigned sales targets.
