Darima Farms Cheese is seeking a senior Sales Leader in Bengaluru to drive revenue growth and expand market presence. You will lead a high-performing sales team, forge strong relationships with key distributors and retailers, and guide strategies to enter untapped markets.

The role requires a proven track record of meeting targets, exceptional negotiation and communication skills, and experience in dairy or FMCG sales. MBA preferred, with 10+ years in sales leadership.

Qualificações

• MBA in Business Administration or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive sales experience, with at least 4 years in leadership roles.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Experience in dairy/cheese, FMCG or fresh produce sales is a strong advantage.
