Job summary

Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals is seeking an accomplished sales leader to drive profitable growth across assigned geographies in India. You will lead field sales teams, shape territory growth strategies, and strengthen channel networks to expand market share.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams for better business performance, drive forecasting and collections, and ensure revenue objectives are met through disciplined execution and market insight.

Qualifications

• 6–12 years in sales roles with leadership experience
• Strong channel sales and distribution management
• Experience in consumer durables, electricals, appliances, pumps, FMCG or similar industries preferred
