Job summary

HDB Financial Services Ltd. is looking for a results-driven sales leader to drive Connectors business across the assigned cluster.

You will build strong client relationships, ensure quick service delivery, and push profitable growth across locations. The role requires a Graduate/MBA in Marketing and at least six years of experience in secured business, with excellent communication, self-drive and team leadership to meet targets and minimize delinquency.

• Identifying upcoming markets and setting up operations in that market.
• Introduce and implement new marketing and sales promotions in the cluster by coordinating with product team.

• Staffing and grooming, team building, motivation, satisfaction and minimal attrition.
• Ensuring the delinquency ratio stays downbeat for his portfolio.
• Assessing training needs to accelerate his teams performance.
• Ensuring market penetration is accomplished every month.
• Identifying upcoming markets and setting up operations in that market.
• Effective operations, team management and excellent relationship skills to be displayed. Introduce and Implement new marketing and sales promotion initiatives for the cluster by coordinating with product team.

• Managing Connectors sales and accountable for increasing profitable sales growth, as per targets.
• Overall ownership of Connectors business for the locations/cluster assigned.
• Understanding and Management of Business productivity.
