• Identifying upcoming markets and setting up operations in that market.

• Introduce and Implement new marketing and sales promotion initiatives for the cluster by coordinating with product team.

Managing Mortgage sales and accountable for increasing profitable sales growth, asper targets. Overall ownership of Mortgage business for the locations / cluster assigned.
