Job summary

Abbott in Hyderabad seeks a Field/First-Line Sales Manager to drive territory sales targets and support regional targets. You will coach TBMs, mentor field staff, and ensure disciplined execution of the sales plan.

The role requires 2-4 years in frontline management within pharma, preferably with MNCs or leading Indian pharma firms. Strong leadership and analytical abilities are essential for success in a fast-paced market.

Qualifications

• BSc or B.Pharma with strong education and performance record.
• 2 to 4 years of First Line management in same therapy.
• Experience with MNCs or top Indian pharma companies preferred.
