Job summary

Abbott in Nagpur, India is seeking an Area Business Manager to drive area sales targets and support the team in reaching monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals. You will lead, coach, and develop TBMs, ensuring alignment with division strategy while enhancing field effectiveness.

Candidate should have a BSc/B.Pharma or postgraduate background with a strong performance track record; prior FMCG/pharma leadership in MNCs is a plus.

Qualifications

• BSc/B.Pharma or postgraduate with solid academic record.
• Experience as a first-line manager in pharma therapy is preferred.
• Prior experience in MNC or top Indian pharma companies is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Achieve area/TBM sales targets and support monthly/quarterly/yearly targets.
• Conduct programs per division strategy and develop team for next level.

• Support team to achieve monthly/quarterly/yearly target
• Achieve Brand & Product wise target
• Conduct activities and programs as per division strategy.
• Develop & mentor Team for next level

Minimum Education

• BSc/B.Pharma background
• Post Graduate/Graduated from any other background with sound education and performance track record

Minimum Experience/Training Required

• Candidate with prior/current experience of 2 to 4 Years of First Line manager in same therapy.
• Candidate from MNC and top Indian Pharma companies will have added advantage.
