Job summary

Abbott India is seeking a focused First Line Manager to lead the Hyderabad sales territory. You will drive area and TBM targets, support monthly and quarterly goals, and ensure brand performance through strategic field activities.

You will mentor TBMs, coach for on-the-job effectiveness, and oversee territory execution while maintaining strong communication and analytical skills. Remote work options apply within the Hyderabad area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor level or higher in science/pharma with proven track record.
• Experience as First Line Manager in pharma with 2–4 years in similar therapy.
• Experience in MNC or top Indian pharma companies is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Achieve area/TBM-wise sales targets and support monthly/quarterly/yearly targets.
• Coach TBMs and develop territory-wise field effectiveness.

• Support team to achieve monthly/quarterly/yearly target
• Achieve Brand & Product wise target
• Conduct activities and programs as per division strategy.
• Develop & mentor Team for next level

Minimum Education

• BSc/B.Pharma background
• Post Graduate/Graduated from any other background with sound education and performance track record

Minimum Experience/Training Required

• Candidate with prior/current experience of 2 to 4 Years of First Line manager in same therapy.
• Candidate from MNC and top Indian Pharma companies will have added advantage.
