Quantus in Hyderabad is seeking an Area Business Manager to drive territory sales, lead a team of TBMs, and execute brand and product targets within the pharma sector.

The role requires 2–4 years of frontline management experience in the same therapy, with preference for candidates from MNCs and top Indian pharma companies. A BSc/B.Pharma is commonly expected, with chance to shape regional strategies.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of frontline management experience in the same therapy area.
• Experience in MNCs or top Indian pharma companies is an advantage.
• Background in BSc/B.Pharma is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Achieve territory TBM-wise sales targets.
• Support team to hit monthly/quarterly/yearly targets.
• Develop and mentor team for progression.
• Conduct programs and activities per division strategy.
• Monitor effort parameters and execute sales strategies.
• Provide coaching and guidance to TBMs for field effectiveness.

• Achieving assigned Area/TBM wise sales target
• Support team to achieve monthly/quarterly/yearly target
• Achieve Brand & Product wise target

Minimum Education

• Candidate with prior/current experience of 2 to 4 Years of First Line manager in same therapy.
• Candidate from MNC and top Indian Pharma companies will have added advantage.
