Job summary

Abbott in India seeks a dynamic First Line Manager in pharma to drive area TBM sales targets and support teams in meeting monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals.

The role focuses on achieving Brand and Productwise targets, conducting division-aligned activities, coaching TBMs, and developing the field team for the next level. A BSc/BPharma and 2–4 years FLM experience are required, with prior MNC exposure a plus.

Qualifications

• BSc or B.Pharma background.
• Postgraduate or graduate from any other field with strong education and performance.
• 0-4 years of first-line manager experience in same therapy.
