Job summary

Acura Solutions in India seeks a sales leader to drive Home Loan and LAP business across the assigned territory. The role leads Sales Officers and Relationship Managers to achieve monthly and annual targets, while expanding market presence and channel partnerships.

The candidate will monitor the complete funnel from lead to sanction and disbursement, coordinating with Credit, Operations, Legal & Technical teams, and building strong local relationships.

Responsibilities

• Drive Home Loan & LAP business across the assigned territory.
• Manage and motivate a team of Sales Officers / Relationship Managers.
• Achieve monthly & annual business/disbursement targets.
• Develop and manage DSA, DSO, Connector & Builder channels.
• Generate new business opportunities and expand market presence.
• Monitor the complete funnel from Lead to Login Sanction Disbursement.
• Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Legal & Technical teams.
• Conduct market mapping and build strong local relationships.
