Job summary

Skillventory seeks a dynamic sales leader to drive Home Loan acquisition and disbursement across the assigned state. You will lead Sales Managers and Territory Managers, and push business through internal bank channels, branches and relationship managers.

You will build strong relationships with Branch Heads and internal stakeholders, monitor team productivity and conversion, train staff, and coordinate with Credit, Operations and Legal to ensure smooth processing and timely TAT.

• Drive Home Loan acquisition and disbursement across the assigned state.
• Lead and manage Sales Managers and Territory Managers.
• Drive business through internal bank channels, branches and RMs.
• Build strong relationships with Branch Heads and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor team productivity, lead conversion and disbursement performance.
• Train and motivate sales teams and branch staff.
• Coordinate with Credit, Operations and Legal for smooth processing and TAT.
• Track daily/weekly/monthly business MIS and achievement.
• Ensure adherence to bank policies, processes and compliance.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities from the existing customer base.
