Job summary

Ujjivan Small Finance Bank is seeking a seasoned Home Loan & LAP sales leader to drive targets across the assigned area. You will lead and coach the sales team, monitor performance and ensure timely disbursements.

You will develop strong relationships with builders, DSAs and channel partners, coordinating with Credit, Operations, Legal and Tech teams to ensure smooth processing while maintaining high quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Should have 8–13 years of experience in affordable home loan & LAP sales.
• Strong team leadership, sales planning and business development with a consistent target track record.
• Ability to speak/read regional language is desirable.
