Job summary

Skillventory is seeking a dynamic leader to drive the Home Loan business across Tamil Nadu. The role leads the state sales team, targets aggressive disbursement goals, and builds strong relationships with DSAs, connectors, builders, and other sourcing channels.

You will monitor ROI, ticket size, and overall performance to ensure profitable portfolio growth. You will identify market opportunities, strengthen market presence, and review branch performance to implement corrective actions for

• Drive Home Loan business across the assigned state.
• Lead and manage the state-level sales team and achieve business targets.
• Drive 7 Cr+ monthly business/disbursement through open-market channels.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with DSAs, connectors, builders and other sourcing channels.
• Monitor ROI, ticket size, productivity and overall business performance.
• Ensure quality sourcing and portfolio growth while maintaining profitability.
• Build market presence and identify new business opportunities across the state.
• Review branch/team performance and drive corrective actions for achieving targets.
