Job summary

Blue Star in Indore is seeking an experienced sales professional to drive Revamp opportunities in the HVAC market. You will cultivate new and existing customer bases, engage contractors and engineering firms, and lead pre-sale activities including tenders and technical submissions.

You will prepare proposals, analyze bid documents, and work to close orders while achieving ABP-aligned sales targets. Strong receivable management and channel maintenance are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ BE/ B.Tech is required.
• 6–12 years of experience in sales or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop Revamp business opportunities for HVAC sales with new and existing customers.
• Maintain quality standards for pre-sale and post-sale support and order fulfillment.
• Build relationships with customers, contractors, engineering and architectural firms.
• Initiate sales processes, prequalify tenders and government bids with technical submissions.
• Prepare sales proposals, BOQ/BOM, and follow up to close orders.
• Analyze bid documents and feasibility with HVAC consultants/government officials.
• Achieve Revamp sales and execution targets as per ABP.
• Manage existing channels and maintain steady business.
• Monitor competitors and provide data for strategic actions.
• Track payments and collections with strong receivable management.

Job Description

1. Identifying and developing/generating the Revamp business opportunities/Sales funnel for Machine/Equipment sales with new and existing customers through existing customer base, open market and channels by utilizing product knowledge & application experience in the HVAC market.
2. Ensures quality standards are maintained for both pre‑sale and post‑sale customer support and order fulfillment.
3. Build relationships with new and existing customers, contractors, engineering and architectural firms.
4. Initiate sales process, focus on prequalifying in government tenders/reverse auctions and other customers with technical submissions and statutory requirements in line with BOQ.
5. Preparation of sales proposals, estimates, BOQ/BOM, follow‑ups with the concerned client team and ensure to close orders with expected AGM in line with ABP.
6. Process and analyze feasibility assessments and/or all bid documents for tenders and reverse auctions, in coordination with HVAC consultants/government officials.
7. Achieve Revamp sales & execution target as per ABP.
8. Handle existing channels and hold those accounts to generate constant business.
9. Monitor competition, provide information to the reporting manager and discuss to arrive at suitable action.
10. Payment tracking and collections as per TOP and should have good knowledge on receivable management.
