We are looking for Assistant Management - Vehicle Procurement (Telecalling Operations) for our client to lead their telecalling team focused on procuring vehicles from individual sellers. You will manage the entire process from lead generation to vehicle acquisition and play a pivotal role in scaling the supply engine.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead the Hustle: Own and energize a 10–15 member telecalling team reaching out to individual bike sellers.
2. From Hello to Inspection: Push leads down the funnel with smart follow-ups and effective pitches.
3. Get Bikes Moving: Coordinate smoothly for home inspections with the field team.
4. Seal the Deal: Manage the process from inspection completion to deal closure and vehicle procurement.
5. Negotiate Like a Pro: Drive high-stakes conversations to get sellers to say “yes”.
6. Coach, Don't Just Manage: Keep your team sharp through training and performance boosting.
7. Sync & Scale: Collaborate with data, operations, and tech teams to improve the procurement pipeline.
8. Let Data Talk: Track metrics, analyze insights, and make data-backed decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• 3–4 years of experience in inside sales or telecalling procurement
• Experience managing a calling team of 10–15 members
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Strong analytical skills; proficient in Excel/Google Sheets
• Experience in product procurement is a plus
