Job summary

Rockman in Tamil Nadu seeks an HR leader with 10–12 years in core HR, currently in a senior role at an autocomponents manufacturing facility. Proficiency in Starlink and Darwinbox is required. Fluent in Tamil, English and Hindi, with strong plant operations knowledge and capability to drive engagement, payroll, audits and grievance resolution.

Immediate joiners are preferred; role demands strategic oversight of labour welfare, budgeting and MIS reporting to support production goals.

Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent with HR specialization.
• Extensive leadership experience in HR within manufacturing.
