Finorpiplaj in India is seeking an Executive Human Resource & Administration professional to manage HR functions, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and overseeing plant administration.
This role requires strong coordination skills, knowledge of labor laws, and experience in recruitment and employee engagement. Candidates should hold a B.Com/Commerce or an MBA/PGDM in HR.
1. Statutory Compliance & Legal Coordination a) Ensure compliance under the Factories Act and other applicable labour laws including PF, ESIC, LWF, Employment Exchange, Contract Labour Act, and DISH regulations. b) Timely preparation and submission of quarterly, half-yearly, and annual statutory returns to Labour Office, DISH, Employment Department, Statistics Department, and other authorities. c) Liaise with government bodies such as GPCB, PESO, TDO, Mamlatdar Office, Local Sarpanch, Talati, and other industrial agencies. d) Maintain statutory registers, records, licenses, and ensure timely renewals. e) Ensure statutory compliance of contractors working within the plant premises.
2. Audit & Documentation a) Support internal and external audits by preparing required documentation and reports. b) Draft and submit replies to audit observations. c) Maintain accurate HR and statutory documentation at plant level.
3. Payroll & Compensation Support a) Provide accurate payroll inputs including attendance, leave records, overtime, and statutory deductions. b) Maintain monthly attendance and payroll records for apprentices and plant employees. c) Assist in processing bonus payments, contract labour bills, and contract renewals (half-yearly/yearly).
4. Recruitment & Employee Lifecycle Management a) Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, selection, and onboarding. b) Handle joining formalities, documentation, induction, and exit processes including full & final settlements support. c) Coordinate manpower planning requirements with department heads.
5. Industrial Relations & Employee Engagement a) Maintain healthy industrial relations at plant level. b) Address employee grievances and support disciplinary procedures. c) Assist in preventing and resolving disputes, absenteeism, and misconduct cases. d) Plan and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale, productivity, and retention.
6. Plant Administration a) Oversee plant-level administration including canteen, security, housekeeping, and manpower deployment. b) Ensure availability and minimum stock maintenance of consumables and stationery. c) Manage vendor coordination and contract administration. d) Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for plant employees and visitors. e) Maintain and monitor the work permit system at plant level. f) Coordinate HR and administrative requirements with all plant departments.
7. Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) a) Support EHS team in maintaining and improving safety, health, and environmental standards. b) Ensure compliance with plant safety procedures and statutory safety norms. c) Actively participate in and promote 5S activities at plant level.
