Job summary

Bright Birds Consultant in Halol, Gujarat seeks an experienced HR/IR professional to manage contract labour, statutory compliance and worker deployment at the plant level. This role involves coordinating recruitment, onboarding and payroll within a manufacturing setting.

You will handle grievances, safety practices, training records, and liaise with labour authorities to ensure smooth operations and regulatory adherence on site.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years work experience - plant level IR and HR experience in manufacturing industry.
• Halol location candidates will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contract labour management, recruitment, and statutory compliances.
• Contractor legal compliances.
• Handling deployment of workers, shift schedules, and training of workers.
• Managing talent acquisition, onboarding, salary and wage payments.
• Grievance handling and conflict resolution between workers, supervisors, contractors.
• Overall housekeeping and maintenance of plant premises.
• Observing health and safety practices in the company, upkeep of safety equipment.
• Liaison with local government agencies / authorities (labour office, factory inspector office, Electricity Board, Gas Supply, GPCB).
• Handle legal matters.
• Conduct and organize training activities. Prepare and maintain training records.
