Job summary

Impactica Solutions in Pune is hiring Program Advisors to counsel prospective learners and drive enrollments for certification courses. The role focuses on edtech sales through calls and walk-ins, with both in-person and virtual interactions.

You will follow up leads, explain course details, and target sales and admissions goals, with working hours 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM and six-day weeks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in EdTech.
• Experience in education/course sales preferred.
• Strong communication, counseling and convincing skills.
• Target-oriented with a strong sales mindset.
• Walk-in and virtual interactions comfortable.

Compensation & Work Details

• Salary: Up to 6 LPA + incentives, based on interview/performance.
• Working Days: 6 days a week.
• Sunday: Fixed off.
• Location: Pune Pimpri
• Working Hours: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM.
