You will counsel on programs, eligibility and career benefits, follow up with leads, and work to meet monthly admission and revenue targets.

The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills, with willingness to work from the Pune office and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth admissions.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, EdTech Sales, Admission Counseling, Telesales or Business Development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing, negotiation and objection-handling abilities.
• Comfortable working with sales targets and performance metrics.
• Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable learning programs.
• Good follow-up and relationship-management skills.
