Job summary

Ujjivan Small Finance Bank Ltd. is seeking a field-based Liabilities Sales professional to drive open market acquisition and convert existing borrowing customers into liabilities.

You will work across Bhusawal, Jalna, Chandrapur regions, leveraging branch staff leads, referrals, and alternate channels to build a strong customer base. You will maintain a database of prospects, manage relationships, and coordinate with CRS-Unsecured lending to accelerate conversions while cross-selling secured

Responsibilities

• Meet targets on liabilities in terms of open market acquisition & existing customer conversion.
• Acquire customers who meet criteria for liability products through branches, personal leads, referrals, or alternate channels.
• Maintain the database of prospects and manage the relationship thereafter.
• Accompany CRS-Unsecured loans on the field to drive conversion of existing borrowing customers into liabilities.
• Cross sell other secured loan products and pass quality leads to loan officers.
• Share customer insights/product feedback with the Sales Manager - Liabilities.

Job description

• Meet the set targets on liabilities in terms of open market acquisition & existing customer conversion
• Understand need and acquire customers who meet the criteria for liability products through either of the below channels:

1. Leads generated by branch staff and personal leads
2. Referrals generated from existing customers
3. Alternate channels

• Maintain the database of the prospects, meet select prospects and manage the relationship thereafter
• Accompany CRS-Unsecured loans on the field for actively driving conversion of existing borrowing customers into liabilities customer
• Cross sell other secured loan products of Ujjivan and pass quality leads to respective loan officers
• Share customer insights/product related feedback with the Sales Manager - Liabilities
